We are currently looking for an Education Nurse with a genuine interest in education and development. You will have an extensive assignment where operational development and competence development are the focus. The assignment includes planning, conducting, and following up on training for licensed staff and nursing personnel.

The position is distributed approximately 50% as an Education Nurse and 50% in our resource group working across our entire operation. There are two Education Nurses, each working approximately 50%.

The assignment also includes:

• Routine tasks within municipal primary care.
• Performing medical procedures.
• Working in close collaboration with nursing staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurse colleagues, and the medically responsible nurse.
• Contributing to the development of care close to the patient.

We expect you, together with your colleagues, to contribute your competence and promote a good working climate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in their role as a nurse.
• Is flexible and has a structured working method.
• Has a high degree of pedagogical ability.
• Has a positive demeanor and excellent collaboration skills.
• Is creative and enjoys planning and conducting training initiatives.

Previous experience as an Education Nurse is an asset. Experience of nursing work within municipal care and social services is also an asset.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse.
• Class B Driver's License.

Employment Conditions: Permanent employment, 100%, daytime hours Monday-Friday including red days (holidays).

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.

A criminal background check is conducted for all employments within the social administration. For employments within HVB (Specialized Youth Care) activities, an extract from the HVB register is required. For employments within activities targeting children with disabilities, extracts regarding children with disabilities and a check of own statements are required. For other employments within the social administration, a check of own statements is required. If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope during the check.
